Jumping in here. I actually worked with Moot at my last gig before he went freelance. Can confirm the hype is 100% real.

Few things you should know for the pitch:
- He HATES bureaucracy. Keep the process simple.
- He cares more about the problem than the money (but still pay him well obviously)
- He's really into distributed systems and real-time data

If your product has interesting technical challenges, emphasize those. That's what gets him excited.
